About Looking Glass Brewing Co.
Looking Glass Brewing Co. is an independently owned and operated local business founded by Lansing natives who are passionate about craft beer, great food, and community. Located in a beautifully restored historic church in downtown DeWitt, we’re proud to offer a warm, welcoming space where friends, families, and neighbors can gather.
Our President and CEO, Joel Dillingham, brings over 25 years of sales and operations experience, guiding our team with a commitment to quality and hospitality. Lee Streeter, our Head Brewer and COO, has been crafting a wide range of beer styles since 1994, brewing on systems from 10-gallon homebrew setups to full 7bbl and 17bbl professional brewhouses. His expertise and creativity shape the diverse lineup of beers our guests enjoy.
At Looking Glass, we celebrate flavor and craftsmanship. In addition to our locally brewed beers, we offer mead, cider, seltzer, wine, and an elevated pub menu created by Chef Moyer, featuring handcrafted dishes to satisfy all appetites. Whether you’re stopping in for a pint, a meal, or a special event, our team is dedicated to delivering awesome service and a memorable experience.
